What is Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis?

Hypnosis or hypnotherapy is not what you see depicted on  TV or in the movies. Hypnosis is actually a very natural state. Most of the time you will be in a state of very focused relaxation. During hypnosis your attention is usually focused on one thing. It is very much like daydreaming.
